Russian Manicure
near Yorkville
Just south of Yorkville on East 80th Street. Dry e-file technique, private appointments and gel that grows out invisibly.
Yorkville is one of Manhattan's most residential corners — tree-lined blocks, Carl Schurz Park, the East River promenade. KRASIVO sits just to the south: our studio at 223 E 80th St (77 St, 6 train) is an easy walk for a Russian manicure done with real precision.
The technique is completely dry. A fine electric file and sterilized bits clear away the cuticle and dry skin without cutting living tissue, and gel is applied almost beneath the cuticle line. The result is a clean contour that keeps looking fresh for three to four weeks.
Each appointment is private and takes 75 to 120 minutes — no rushing between clients. Yorkville regulars often add a Russian pedicure or same-time nails and lashes to make one trip count.

Made to last between visits.
Because the cuticle is removed rather than pushed back, and gel sits almost under the skin line, the manicure grows out gracefully — no lifted edges, no visible gap. Most clients return every three to four weeks.
Our Upper East Side masters follow the same training and sterilization standards as our Chelsea studio, so the finish is consistent whichever studio you choose.
